In the center of Terceira Island, this trail takes us through the incredible Oxcart rails broken into the volcanic rock from the thousands of miles made by our locals whenever they went into the woods to take out the most needed timber. 

We'll also pass amongst the macaronesian woods and all the moss surviving on top of the island biggest water deposits!
